More about why I started this blog…
On my little comfy corner of the internet, you will find warmth & honesty. A story of me conquering my anxiety and aiming to thrive in all areas of life.
My motivation for starting this blog is to share my story. During an incredibly difficult time in my life: recovering from a breakdown and impending redundancy, writing became my therapy, my outlet, and what I felt compelled to do.
I imagine the readers of this blog as my online support group. All are here to help one another. If my blog posts can help just one person, I have done my job!

Thank you for your lovely comment.
I agree that anxiety is not necessarily a mental health problem. It comes and go. Thank you for sharing this awareness.
It definitely comes and goes.
I like how you point out that anxiety is not necessarily a mental health problem unless it interferes with your daily functioning. That is a critical distinction. Even if I experience anxiety at times and in certain situations, it does not necessarily imply that I cannot live the life I desire. Excellent post!
I like that you point out that having anxiety is not necessarily a mental health problem until it interferes in some way with the functioning of your life. That is an important distinction. Just because I experience anxiety at times and in certain situations, it can still mean that I can live the life I want. Great post!
Thank you and I totally agree the distinction is important.
I enjoy watching TikTok videos and Instagram reels. As a dance teacher, I am inspired by people who really know that the essence of all art is to try to enjoy life and be yourself. You have indeed come a long way in conquering your fears, Sam. Bravo!
